Custom Hexagonal Coaster Box Design

I need a hexagonal presentation box that neatly fits six standard-sized coasters and shows off my own artwork as the hero element, with my logo integrated in a complementary way. The final concept must balance aesthetics and practicality: the lid should open and close smoothly, interior spacing must prevent the coasters from rattling, and the exterior panels should give my art plenty of uninterrupted surface area.

Artwork preferences
• Style: I will supply finished artwork files—use them as-is rather than re-interpreting them into an illustrative, abstract, or geometric motif.
• Logo placement: keep it visible but secondary to the art.

Material and decoration
I’m flexible on the substrate (wood, plastic, metal, or another sturdy option) and on whether the graphics are printed, engraved, or applied with labels. Recommend what best preserves colour accuracy and durability for short-run production.

Deliverables
• Production-ready dieline or CAD file (DXF, AI, or SVG) with accurate dimensions for a six-coaster fit
• High-resolution 3D mock-ups or renders from at least two angles to visualize artwork placement
• Separate layered file containing artwork and logo positioning so my printer or fabricator can adjust if needed
