Custom ER6N Fairings 3D Model
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m re-imagining the bodywork of my 2012 Kawasaki ER-6n and need a production-ready 3D model of replacement fairings that I can send straight to the printer.
The look I’m chasing blends the bold silhouette of the two builds linked below, while still bolting straight onto the bike with all factory mounting points untouched.

Core styling cues
• Keep the overall shape and structure that makes those customs stand out
• Favour sharp, aggressive angles over soft curves
• I’m open on surface textures or paint schemes; the primary goal is geometry that looks right and fits perfectly.
Essential technical requirements
• Model must be true 1:1 scale for the 2012 ER-6n
• All OEM mounting bosses, tabs, and hole positions retained so I can use stock hardware
• Supplied as watertight, print-ready files (STL or STEP + native CAD) with sensible part splits for an FDM or SLA bed
• Allowance for typical wall thickness and draft angles so nothing needs re-work after slicing
• Brief assembly diagram or screenshots showing fitment sequence
Acceptance criteria
The parts should sit flush on the frame and tank without shimming, clear the controls through full steering lock, and visually echo the stance of the two reference bikes.
If you’re experienced with surface modeling for automotive or motorcycle parts in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, or similar, let’s talk.
