Custom Aviator Sunglasses Design

I need a high end and well designed Aviator frame based on a moldboard I have created. Design details include custom hinges, custom rivet heads, custom arm shapes as well as the frame. If you have experience working with alternatives acetate, or luxury sunglasses materials, let me know. I also would like to hear if you have any connections for manufacturing and where they are based.

Lens specs are non-negotiable: full UV protection paired with a smooth gradient tint. Polarization isn’t essential for this brief, yet I want them to be made of the highest quality lenses possible.

Deliverables I expect:
• Concept sketches that clearly show front, side and three-quarter views.
• A dimensioned CAD model (SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar) ready for prototyping.
• Material and finish specification, including colourways.
• High-quality renderings suitable for early marketing pitches.
