I’m expanding my brand with a fresh line of leather handbags and need concept-to-production design support. The focus is firmly on high-end, designer-style pieces rather than casual or sporty looks. You’ll begin by translating my inspiration references into mood-boards, then move on to original sketches, 3-D mock-ups or detailed Illustrator flats, and finally complete tech packs that a manufacturer can follow without extra clarification.
The bags must all be crafted in leather, so material selection, hardware compatibility, edge-painting and reinforcement details are important factors to call out in the specs. I value bold thinking—unexpected silhouettes, functional interior layouts, and distinctive branding touches are welcome, provided they stay true to a luxury positioning.
Key deliverables
• 3–5 initial concept directions with color/material call-outs
• Iterated sketches or CADs after feedback rounds (up to two revisions per concept)
• Final production-ready tech packs: fully dimensioned flats, construction notes, BOM, hardware references, and Pantone codes
• Optional: short presentation deck summarising the story behind the line
Acceptance criteria
• All files supplied in AI/PDF plus layered PSD or 3-D source if used
• Measurements accurate to ±2 mm and clearly labeled in metric
• Leather type, thickness, edge finish, stitch length and hardware part numbers specified
