Corporate Mixed-Use Parking Lot Plan

Job ID: 40486453

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Our headquarters is allocating a fresh parcel for a combined employee-and-visitor car park, and I need a complete site-plan package that I can hand straight to our civil contractor and local permitting office.

Scope of work
The plan has to spell out two critical elements:
• An exact count of stalls with their individual dimensions, clearly distinguishing standard, compact, accessible and any premium or EV bays we decide to introduce.
• A smooth, intuitive traffic-flow layout that shows entry, exit, circulation aisles, turn radii and loading zones, ensuring congestion-free movement at peak hours.

Beyond those essentials, you are welcome to suggest lighting or signage concepts if they strengthen the overall design, but they are not mandatory for this phase.

Preferred approach
Drawings should be produced in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or another widely accepted CAD platform so our engineering team can slot them into the master site file. A scaled PDF export must accompany the native files for quick internal reviews.

Deliverables
1. Scaled site layout drawing (DWG + PDF)
2. Space-schedule table listing count and size of every parking stall
3. Traffic-flow diagram with directional arrows and control points
4. Brief design memo explaining key decisions, code references and space-utilisation ratios

What to submit in your bid
I will base selection on the strength of your detailed project proposal: outline your methodology, anticipated milestones, and any similar mixed-use lots you have designed. Feel free to include sketches or excerpts from past projects to illustrate your style.

Timeline is flexible within reason, but indicate how long you will need from receiving the base survey to handing over the final package.

Looking forward to reviewing your proposal and building an efficient, user-friendly car park together.
