Corporate 2D/3D Event Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m planning several corporate events and want every visual touch-point to feel cohesive—from the first teaser post to the final stage reveal. I’m looking for one designer who can own both the flat graphics and the spatial story, ensuring everything carries a consistent, polished, professional tone.
What I need created:
• Event banners and posters for print and digital use
• Promotional materials such as social tiles, e-mail headers and on-site signage
• 3D stage and full-venue layouts that help my production team visualise sight-lines, lighting positions and branding coverage
All artwork should be supplied in high-resolution JPEG or PNG for quick deployment and press-ready PDF for print. Source files aren’t essential, so feel free to work in the tools you know best—Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop for the 2D elements and software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D for the 3D mock-ups.
To keep the workflow efficient, I’ll provide a clear brief with brand guidelines, dimensions and key copy. I’d like initial concepts within a few days, followed by two rounds of refinements so we can lock files early for print and technical rehearsals.
If your portfolio shows crisp corporate aesthetics, clean typography and convincing 3D visualisation, I’d love to see it and discuss timelines right away.
