G+2 Corner House Plan Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a house plan layout drawing only, 2d and 3d, with all dimensions, for the plot area 1001 sqft, 45.5 by 22 feet, corner plot.
1. G+2 floors
2. Ground floor 1 Studio and 1Bhk flat
3. First floor 2BHK flat + 1 studio room
4. Second floor - 3 studios room
Note: Rooms can be change according to size and design of the project. Feel free to shuffle room sizes or swap a unit here or there if it helps the overall flow.
I need a complete drawing package that covers both 2D and 3D:
• Scaled 2D floor plans for each level, fully dimensioned.
• A matching 3D massing/model that lets me visualise circulation, balconies and the open-concept living areas.
• Furniture and fixture layouts included so I can judge usability of every room.
• Modern styling throughout. Balconies on each floor are a must, and the living–dining–kitchen zones should read as one open space wherever possible.
Deliverables I can work with: DWG or RVT for the plans, plus a SketchUp/FBX file or similar for the 3D, and a handful of rendered perspectives so I can share the concept with family.
Acceptance criteria
1. Maximum built-up area correctly sits inside 1,001 sq ft footprint.
2. All critical dimensions legible; wall, door and window sizes called out.
3. Balconies and open-plan zones clearly illustrated.
4. 3D model and at least four eye-level renders supplied alongside the editable source files.
Once I approve the preliminary layout, a single revision round should get us to the final issue.
