Convert .xyz to AutoCAD 2023, 4-stories w/ basement

I need a skilled professional to convert a large .xyz file, approximately 1 TB in size, into AutoCAD 2023 format. The file was created using a Matterport Pro 3 camera on medium resolution and includes apartments with furniture. However, for this project, only the structural elements need to be retained in the conversion. The primary goal is to produce detailed sections, which will be used by an engineer to design a fire-sprinkler protection system.
