Convert RCS Scan to STEP

I have an .rcs point-cloud file that I need turned into a clean, lightweight STEP model for further CAD work inside SolidWorks. The final file only has to capture the basic geometry—no complex features or fine textures—so the focus is on an accurate overall shape that opens quickly and behaves well in SolidWorks assemblies.

Please start from my original .rcs, create the minimal surfaces or solids needed, and export a single .STEP file. A brief note describing the workflow you used and any key settings will help me keep the project organised, but the primary deliverable is the STEP model itself, ready to drop into SolidWorks without extra repair work.
