Convert 2D House Plans into a Detailed & Accurate 3D SketchUp/Revit Model
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for an experienced 3D modeller to convert my 2D architectural floor plans and elevations into a detailed, fully editable, and dimensionally accurate 3D model.
The project is for a single-storey house of approximately 230 m².
The model must be created exactly as per the supplied architectural drawings.
Requirements
- Follow all dimensions, layouts, wall thicknesses, ceiling heights, window and door sizes, roof design, and elevations exactly as shown in the provided plans.
- Model the house, land, and boundary fences accurately to scale based on the supplied site plan and dimensions.
- Ensure the house is positioned correctly on the block with the correct setbacks and orientation.
- Create an accurate 3D model of the entire house, including:
- External and internal walls
- Doors and windows
- Roof
- Ceilings and plasterboard bulkheads where shown
- Kitchen, including the island, base cabinets, overhead cupboards, pantry, and all cabinetry shown on the plans
- Laundry cabinetry
- Bathroom and ensuite vanities and cabinetry
- Built-in wardrobes and all other built-in cabinets shown on the plans
- Shelving, niches, and storage units shown on the drawings
- Basic plumbing fixtures and fittings shown on the plans
- Any feature that is shown on the architectural plans should be included in the 3D model unless otherwise discussed.
- Apply realistic materials and textures where appropriate.
- Organise the model using proper groups/components/layers so it is easy to navigate.
- Ensure all textures and linked assets are included so there are no missing files.
- The completed model must be accurate, complete, and ready for rendering without requiring any modifications from my side.
