Conventional Septic Permit Design Help

Job ID: 39879343

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a qualified septic designer to take my conventional system from concept to a permit-ready package. I’m at the design and planning stage and still lack a site plan, so the first task is mapping the property and pinpointing an optimal drain-field location that satisfies local soil, setback, and topography rules.

Once the layout is settled, I’ll rely on you to produce the full documentation set that my county health department wants. Typical items include:

• Scaled site plan (CAD or similar) showing tank, trench lines, reserve area, wells, and all required setbacks
• System design calculations and sizing per current code
• Any required soil or percolation data interpreted into the design
• Completed permit application forms, ready for my signature
• A brief response sheet I can use if the reviewer asks for clarifications

Experience with conventional septic systems and familiarity with U.S. permitting standards will be highly valued. If you’ve navigated health department comments before, let me know; that support after submission could save us both time.

Send over a summary of similar designs you’ve permitted, the software you draft in (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent), and your estimated turnaround. I’m looking to move quickly, so the clearer your proposed timeline, the better.
