Contemporary Office Renderings

I need two high-resolution, photo-realistic images that will help stakeholders picture our upcoming tenant-improvement.

• Image 1 – Reception Perspective
A front-facing view of the reception area with a distinctly contemporary feel. The rendering must let the new decorative lighting fixtures stand out, capture the clean wall finishes we’ve specified, and clearly show the updated door package so viewers immediately notice the upgrade in materials and detailing.

• Image 2 – Open Work Area Wide Shot
A diagonal, slightly elevated angle that takes in the rows of workstations and desks while also making the glazed doors to the private offices obvious at a glance. Finishes should read consistently with the reception shot so both images feel like one cohesive space.

Both views should look as if they were professionally photographed: balanced natural and artificial lighting, realistic reflections, accurate materials, and subtle depth-of-field. Final deliverables: two JPG or PNG files at 4K resolution plus the original 3D source file (Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar) so we can make minor tweaks later if needed.
