Compressed Air System Plant3D Design

Job ID: 39908903

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m building a brand-new compressed air system inside a utility plant and I want the detailed design developed directly in Autodesk Plant 3D and coordinated in Navisworks. The scope starts at the point where the conceptual layout ends and carries the project through to a construction-ready package for a green-field installation.

Your work will focus strictly on the detailed design phase. I’ll provide the design basis, equipment data sheets, and any preliminary sketches; you translate that information into clash-free, discipline-coordinated Plant 3D models and the supporting documentation I can hand straight to fabricators and installers. Navisworks will be our collaboration space for weekly model reviews, so familiarity with its clash detection and markup workflow is essential.

Deliverables
• Native Plant 3D model of the complete compressed air network (receivers, dryers, filters, distribution piping, valves, instruments).
• Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) generated from the model and back-linked for consistency.
• Construction documents: isometrics, orthos, equipment location plans, BOMs, and any general notes required for release to site.

I’ll consider the package complete when the model passes a Navisworks clash test with our adjacent utilities and every line tag matches between the P&IDs, isos, and BOM. If you have recent utility-plant experience with compressed air, Plant 3D, and Navisworks Manage, I’d like to see examples.
