Comprehensive Resort 3D Design

I’m developing a new resort and need a single designer (or team) who can visualise the whole property—exterior architecture, interior spaces, and the surrounding landscape—in one coherent 3D package.

Scope
• Exterior architecture: massing, façade articulation, lighting, materials
• Interior design: lobby, guest rooms, F&B outlets, spa, support areas
• Landscape: pool decks, pathways, planting, outdoor furniture, night-time ambience

The architectural style is still open; once you’ve seen the site plan and brand guidelines, I’d like your recommendations on whether a modern, traditional, Mediterranean, or blended look fits best. What matters is a unified concept that tells the resort’s story across every space.

Preferred deliverables
• Editable 3D model (SketchUp or Revit compatible; 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar also fine)
• High-resolution still renders for marketing and design review
• Native files with all textures and lighting data
• Optional: short animated walkthrough
