Comprehensive Residential Layout and Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
This project seeks layouts for 3 areas of a house:
1. Area ( First Floor)
2. Attic
3. Roof
It also seeks designs for the exterior of a house.
Area:
Provide some proposed layouts based on the area with dimensions provided.
The layouts must include the following:
1 En suite Master Bedroom
2 En suite Bedrooms
1 Living/ TV room
1 Kitchenette
Note: For Bathrooms no bathtubs required.
The front of the house must have a balcony and the master bedroom must have one as well. There is a proposed area for this balcony but we are open to suggestions.
The area can also be accessed by two staircases. All rooms must have access to both staircases without passing through another room.
Images of current site will be provided and a hand sketch of the area for this project will be provided .
There are a total of 3 bedrooms , layout of all closets and bathrooms must be clear.
All dimensions must be provided in layouts.
Roof:
The roof will must be constructed with steel (Ibeam, Z Purlin, C Purlin...). It will also use Galvanized sheeting to cover.
Attic:
The attic area will be used as an office for two persons.
General information:
The house is a steel structure with concrete decking and concrete blocks used for walls. Columns are steel. The ground floor layout is fixed and cannot be changed. Only the ground floor has been constructed already. The first floor is yet to be built. The ceilings must be high and no lower than 11 feet.
Exterior:
Modern design. Image of current front will be provided and dimensions of ground and first floor layout will be provided.
Deliverables :
1. Three (3) layout options with dimensions in pdf format.
2. Three (3) Layout options for an attic and define the point of access
3. Three (3) roof design with dimensions
4. Three (3) modern exterior designs for the front of the house considering the roof designs, layout the area and attic.
5. Provide 3D model of final design for exterior, area , attic and roof to include environment, furniture and people, texture and lighting. The source file nust be provided.
