Composite Deck Stairs Design

I'm seeking a structural drawing for U-shaped deck stairs with a 13-foot drop. The stairs should be built using wood and composite materials.

The railing should be made of metal - Cinch railing.

Key Requirements:
- U-shaped design
- 13-foot vertical drop from top of existing deck
- each stair section is approximately 3’6” wide
- Composite materials Trex Select- Saddle
- not sure if lighting is required
- Metal railing -Cinch is top mounted

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience with structural drawings for decks in SW Washington
- Knowledge of composite materials
- Ability to design integrated lighting solutions
- Proficiency in metal railing systems
