I’m looking for an experienced high-end landscape designer / architect to create a complete exterior landscaping concept for a single-family home in Los Angeles.
The goal is simple: make the property look extremely expensive. Clean, modern, and polished. The kind of landscaping that immediately feels like a multi-million-dollar home.
This is a design-focused project, not installation. I need a strong visual and technical plan that shows how the property can be elevated to a luxury level.

Scope of Work
The designer will be responsible for:
A full landscaping concept for the front yard, backyard, and any visible side areas
Recommendations for:
Plant selection (luxury, modern, climate-appropriate)
Hardscape elements (stone, concrete, pavers, walkways)
Lighting (architectural and ambient)
Privacy features, greenery placement, and visual balance
A clear plan showing how the property will look significantly more high-end than it does now
Required Deliverables
Please include at least one of the following:
3D renderings (preferred)
AutoCAD drawings
Detailed visual mockups or concept boards
The more realistic and polished the visuals, the better. This needs to clearly communicate a luxury transformation.
Style Direction
Modern / luxury / high-end residential
Clean lines, intentional spacing, premium materials
No overgrown or cluttered look
Designed to impress immediately from the street and outdoor areas
