Community Public Space Design Package

I am commissioning a design package for a new public-facing project and need everything scoped so the final outcome can be built on a realistic timeline—project duration is the focal point that will shape each phase.

The space must be illustrated from concept through to build-ready documentation, with a clear sense of how long every stage should take. I will rely on your expertise to translate initial ideas into cohesive visuals and technical material that a contractor can immediately work from. Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion or comparable 3D tools are all welcome; use whichever platform lets you communicate the design most convincingly.

Deliverables I expect:
• Overall concept design that captures form, materials and intended user experience
• Scaled plans and any supporting detailed drawings needed for construction approval
• Fully textured 3D model and a handful of high-quality renderings or walkthroughs to aid stakeholder presentations

Please structure your submission so the timeline and phasing are obvious—call out milestones and estimated durations for each task you include. Once I review the full package, I should be able to hand it directly to engineers and local authorities with minimal revisions.
