3D Commercial Landscape Design

We are currently seeking a Landscape 3D Designer to support the redevelopment of an existing outdoor landscape area. Please find the scope of work (SOW) below:

Scope of Work:

3D landscape design only (no execution required)

Provide three 3D design proposal for client acceptance (please specify the software you will use)

End user: Sabic (Facility Maintenance department)

Recommend suitable plants, trees, and landscape elements

Total area: approximately 1,500 sqm, divided into 7 sections

The design objective is to re-develop an existing landscaped area

A site visit is required to take accurate measurements before design

Project location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Key requirements include:
- Creation of detailed 3D renderings
- Incorporation of green spaces like gardens, trees, and plants
- Design should be professional and inviting

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D landscape design software
- Strong understanding of plant selection and placement
- Experience with commercial property projects
