Commercial Floor Plan & Interior Renders
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a commercial space that needs a clearly organised floor plan and a suite of high-quality 3D render images. The layout must go beyond basic measurements: every zone should be furnished and styled in a clean, modern aesthetic so the visuals read like finished marketing material.
What I will hand over: the raw dimensions of the site, photos of the current shell and any brand guidelines you might need for colour or materials.
What I expect back:
• A dimensioned floor plan (DWG/PDF) showing walls, circulation paths, fixed fittings and a fully-furnished layout.
• At least three photorealistic interior renders (4K PNG or JPG) that capture the overall ambience, key furniture groupings and lighting concept.
• Source files for both the CAD drawing and the render scene so later edits are possible.
Feel free to use Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion or whichever combination you are most comfortable with, as long as the final imagery meets presentation quality and the drawings remain editable.
I’ll review draft screenshots first, provide comments once, and sign off when the revised set matches the agreed modern look and functional flow of the space.
