Commercial Building 3D Renders, modelling & ongoing work

I'm looking for a skilled 3D artist to create an exterior render of a commercial building for architectural visualization. Max / Corona only.

Additional site / building modelling also required.

Ongoing work - exteriors, montages, 3d plans, modelling

Requirements:
- High-quality, realistic 3D renders & Aerial renders
- Detailed depiction of architectural features
- Accurate lighting and shadows
- Ability to incorporate surrounding environment

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender)
- Strong understanding of architectural design
- Experience in creating architectural visualization renders
- Attention to detail and creativity
