Classical Villa Interior Rendering

I have the complete DWG and Archicad models of a luxury villa, along with a video walkthrough and a room-by-room brief that spells out materials, finishes and the overall classical mood. What I need from you, within the next 48 hours, is a full interior design treatment and photorealistic renders for the following spaces only:

• Living room & dining area – in a strict traditional classical language
• All bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms – keeping the same high-end classical feel

No exterior work or kitchen/utility areas are required for this phase.

Your task is to refine the spatial layout if needed, apply the specified palettes, model any bespoke classical details, light the scenes convincingly and deliver final stills that look ready for a magazine spread. Fast, clear communication throughout the two-day sprint is essential so we can lock decisions quickly.

Deliverables I expect by the deadline
• High-resolution renders (minimum 4K) for each listed room
• All native 3D files with textures correctly linked
• One round of minor tweaks after initial delivery
