Chief Architect Whole-House Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have a clear concept for a full-house remodel; what I’m missing is a precise, editable Chief Architect plan. I’ll share hand-drawn sketches, dimensions, and inspiration boards—your task is to translate them into a fully detailed Chief Architect model complete with accurate walls, windows, doors, and structural changes.
Once the shell is in place, I’d like you to refine the layout, place lighting and fixtures where noted, and show my planned storage built-ins. From there, generate dimensioned floor plans, elevations, and a few high-resolution renders I can circulate to contractors and suppliers.
Deliverables
• Editable .plan file built in Chief Architect (current version)
• PDF drawing set with dimensions and annotations ready for permit review
• Three photorealistic renders that capture the overall look and flow
Acceptance criteria
– Floor and wall locations match my field-verified dimensions within 1″
– Only standard Chief Architect libraries or freely shared catalogs are used, so nothing is missing when I open the file
– Lighting, fixture, and storage notes from my concept are all reflected in the final model
