Cedreo Residential 3D Floorplan Build

I need a complete Cedreo model of my new home so I can generate my own exterior and interior renderings later on. You will take the architectural PDF (metric dimensions in metres and centimetres) and reproduce every wall, window, door and roof line inside Cedreo with perfect accuracy.

I will give you in step 1:
• my Cedreo login
• the architect’s drawings

I will give you in step 2 (if step 1 works well)
• a list of interior materials and finishes
• a furniture/decor list for the ground floor

What I expect back:
1. Dimensions that align exactly with the PDF. A quick on-screen measurement check anywhere in the model should confirm this.
2. The finished Cedreo project file, ready for me to open and render the exterior view based on step 1.
3. of step 1 works well we can start on step 2.

Please let me know how soon you can deliver and your fixed price for the job. If you have a smoother workflow that still leaves me with an editable Cedreo file, I’m open to it—just explain your approach.
