Cartoonish Semi-Human VTuber Model

I'm looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a cartoonish semi-human VTuber character model. The model is for a VNYAN.exe and will be used in streaming and other online content.

Requirements:
- 3D model of a semi-human character
- Cartoonish art style
- High-quality, rigged for animation
- Need starting screens and intermission screens
-Already have concept design for character. Can discuss further.
- ASAP delivery is crucial

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in 3D modeling software (Blender, Maya, etc.)
