Calming VR Experience for Meta Quest 3

I am looking for an experienced VR developer to create a calming, easy-to-use VR experience for our patients on Meta Quest 3 headsets. The project aims to enhance comfort, relaxation, and mental well-being during care.

Phase 1 Requirements:
- 5 category menu - easy to use - Gaze control, hand control, voice control
Menu driven Menu will consist of 5 - 6 categories
- 1st category - Travel 180-degree content as the primary focus
- 2nd category - Meditation and Relaxation - mindfulness exercises for wellness
- Guided audio tours
- 3rd - Exploration content..., 4th Lifestyle and 5th Telemed
We already have story boards, example references, detailed user flows focused on simplicity

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in VR development for Meta Quest 3 - optimize for standalone vr
-create a simple, intuitive menu system for easy navigation, GAZE control
- Experience creating 180-degree travel content
- Ability to integrate and create meditation and mindfulness VR content
- Ability to integrate guided audio visual tours within the VR environment
- Quality transitions
-prepare the product for potential healthcare compliance (HIPAA) secure handling of data if needed
Bonus, experience working with VR video playback, webXR or Oculus SDK
Familiar with deployment to Meta app lab or direct enterprise deployment
