3D Café Facade & Rooftop Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Our new café has just reached structural completion—columns, beams and basic roof only—so now I need a detailed 3D concept that will pull everything together before finishing works begin. The brief breaks down into three connected spaces that must feel like one brand-consistent experience.
Front elevation
I’m after a minimalist, sleek façade accented with metal details. Please weave in our signage, generous glazing for street presence, a welcoming set of entry doors and exterior fixtures or wall-wash lighting that suit the style.
Rooftop lounge
Size 69ft*28ft
The floor tiles are already selected; lay them out realistically in the model, position the pre-chosen furniture, and design protective grills or railings that fit the overall look. I picture warm string lights stretched overhead to create atmosphere, plus any subtle built-in accents you feel will complement them. Stairs and a short connecting passage from the dining hall should be shown clearly so the flow feels natural and safe.
Dining hall
Tiles are on order, so drop those straight in. I don’t want a false ceiling—keep the roof structure exposed, finish it in a dark tone and suspend statement lights to build character. Tables, chairs and service counters are all specified and ready to place; I simply need them arranged for good circulation and sightlines.
Deliverables
• Fully textured 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar)
• 4–6 high-resolution still renders covering façade, rooftop and dining hall
• One brief fly-through video or 360° panorama to help contractors visualise levels and lighting
• Source files so my architect can make minor tweaks later
Acceptance will be based on consistency of materials across all spaces, realistic lighting that matches the string-light concept on the roof, and accurate placement of every pre-selected tile and furniture item. If you’re comfortable collaborating quickly—sharing draft views for feedback—I’m ready to get started right away.
