3D Cabinet Rendering and Layout for Interiors

Project Title: 3D Kitchen / Cabinet Rendering and Layout Drawing Needed

I am a remodeling contractor looking for a reliable freelancer to create 3D renderings and simple layout drawings for kitchen, bathroom vanity, and cabinet projects.

The main purpose of these drawings is to help customers visualize the final design before starting the project. I do not need cabinet cut lists, CNC files, or manufacturing drawings.

Scope of Work:

* Create a 2D layout/floor plan based on measurements, photos, and sketches provided
* Create realistic 3D renderings of kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, built-ins, or similar remodeling projects
* Show cabinet style, colors, countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting, and basic room details when needed
* Provide 2–4 views per project
* Include at least one revision
* Deliver final files in JPG, PNG, and PDF format
* Add my company logo to the presentation when requested

What I Will Provide:

* Rough measurements
* Hand sketches or layout notes
* Cabinet style
* Countertop, backsplash, flooring, and hardware selections when available
* Inspiration photos when needed

Requirements:

* Experience with kitchen design, cabinet design, or interior 3D rendering
* Ability to create clean, professional renderings for customer presentations
* Fast turnaround, preferably 24–72 hours depending on project size
* Good communication
* Ability to make revisions when needed

This may become ongoing work for the right person. I am looking for someone dependable who can help with multiple projects as my remodeling company grows.
