CLO 3D Balaclava Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a skilled CLO 3D specialist to create a production-ready digital prototype of a head innerwear balaclava intended for sports activities. My focus is on both the technical accuracy of the garment and its visual appeal, so please work natively in CLO 3D (or Marvelous Designer) and keep the model fully editable.
Key points I want covered:
• Material type – I’m aiming for lightweight, moisture-wicking performance fabric, so the simulation should reflect realistic stretch, thickness, and drape.
• Design patterns – provide a clean, ergonomic cut that fits snugly under helmets while eliminating bulky seam intersections.
Deliverables:
1. Native .zprj file with properly named layers, fabric presets, and particle distances optimized for export.
2. Flattened 2D pattern layout (PDF and DXF) with grainlines, notches, and seam allowances.
3. High-resolution still renders (front, side, back) on a neutral avatar plus a turntable video (MP4 or GIF).
4. Brief tech sheet summarising fabric weight, stitch type, and suggested trims.
Acceptance criteria:
• No collision or poke-through on standard M-size male and female avatars.
• All seams align once the pattern is exported.
• File opens error-free in the current CLO 3D release.
If you have previous sport-oriented headwear examples, feel free to mention them when you send your proposal; it will speed up selection.
