I am developing a premium waterproof salon cape and seeking a prototype plus small production. Specs:
-Body fabric matte black PU-coated nylon/poly (approximately 50-60" W x 58-60" L)
wipe-clean, colorfast, chemical-resistant.
-Neck Closure: Silicone "swim-cap material style" gasket that forms a water-tight seal; adjustable to fit -12-14" necks. Comfortable Shore A -20-30, hypoallergenic.
-Detail: Hidden drip-gutter under the collar to redirect water away from the neck; Low profile external finish (snap or Velcro) subtle logo print
-Quantities: 2-3 prototypes now; target 100-300 units in first run. Please advise:
1)Sampling cost & lead time
2)Recommended construction for sealing the gasket to fabric
3)MOQs & unit pricing at 100 /200/ 500 pieces (ex-works)
4)Available fabrics (matte black; optional beige lining) and testing standards (wash/chemicals)
5) Packaging options (drawstring pouch)
