CAD Design for Innovative Bag Fastener

I'm seeking an experienced designer to develop CAD files for a thin plastic quarter turn fastener and receiver specifically for use in bags. This project requires a combination of innovative design and practical application, ensuring that the final product meets both aesthetic and functional standards.
Key Requirements:
- Application: Designed specifically for various bag applications, including but not limited to backpacks, tote bags, and travel bags.
- Design Specifications:
- Contains three components
1. Receiver plate, 1/4 turn locking mechanism, flat bottom
2. Top plate, 1/4 turn knob
3. Securement plate to connect to Top plate around bag material
- Must be thin and lightweight to minimize bulk while maintaining strength.
- High durability is essential to withstand frequent use and environmental factors.
- Must incorporate a secure locking mechanism that ensures reliability during use.
- Material Considerations:
- Knowledge of suitable plastic materials that provide flexibility, strength, and resistance to wear and tear.
- Ability to suggest environmentally friendly materials if possible.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Plastic Design Expertise: Proven experience in plastic design, including an understanding of material properties and manufacturing processes.
- Fastener Design Background: A strong background in designing fasteners, particularly for bags or similar applications, is crucial. Familiarity with various fastening systems and their functionalities is preferred.
- Prototyping and Technical Drawings:
- Ability to go straight to prototyping for testing and evaluation.
- Proficiency in producing detailed technical drawings that can be used for manufacturing.
