Bungalow Cuplock Scaffold Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
The exterior of my bungalow is being repainted, so I need a complete cuplock scaffolding design that safely brings the working platform up to 10 m all around the building. The layout has to prioritise painter access while integrating these safety elements from the outset: continuous guardrails, full-length toe boards, LVL timber platforms, and cross bracing in every bay.
Please base the scheme on conventional 48.3 mm cuplock standards available in the market. Clear spacing for paint buckets and roller extension movement is important, yet the structure must remain as compact as possible to minimise encroachment onto the driveway.
Deliverables I expect:
• Plan, elevation, and sectional drawings with dimensions and bay spacing
• 3-D visual (preferred format: DWG, IFC, or PDF) so my contractor can review it easily
• Tie pattern, guardrail, toe-board, platform, and cross-brace schedule
• Itemised material list specifying standards lengths and quantities
