Building Utility Layout Design
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a detailed layout for a single-story building covering:
1. **Electrical Items Layout**: Downlights, power points, cameras, exit lights, etc. for the entire building.
2. **Fire Safety Layout**: Locations for fire/smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, etc.
3. **HVAC Layout**: Placement of split AC units, kitchen, and bathroom exhaust fans.
You will need to replicate a prior project layout. I will provide:
- DWG/PDF files for the new building
- A reference PDF of the past project
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in SketchUp, CAD, or similar software
- Familiar with standard symbols for electrical and safety layouts
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Expect around 5-6 sheets to cover all requested information. I am sharing the New design file as PNG let me know if you need DWG or PDF version and I can share the same.
We are considering AC split units connected back to back similar models which were used in the reference design Nothing fancy.
