Bright 10x20 Trade Booth Design

I have secured a 10x20-foot space at an upcoming trade show and need a complete booth concept that instantly attracts attention and drives lead generation for my distribution company. The look should be bright, colorful, and energetic while still keeping traffic flow smooth and encouraging visitors to engage long enough to scan a badge, drop a card, or have a quick chat.

Key points I want you to keep in mind:
• Layout must guide attendees naturally from an eye-catching front feature into a short product/story zone and finally toward a small meeting counter where my team can capture details.
• Visual hierarchy should place our logo and key value proposition high enough to be seen from a distance, supported by bold graphics and lighting that reinforce the colorful theme.
• Storage for giveaways and collateral has to be hidden yet easily accessible.

Deliverables I will need from you:
1. 2-3 concept mood boards illustrating color palette, typefaces, and hero imagery.
2. Scalable 3D renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) showing the booth from multiple angles with basic lighting.
3. A dimensioned floor plan with furniture, electrical, and graphic placement called out, ready for the show organizer’s approval.
4. Print-ready artwork files for walls, headers, and counter wraps in AI or PSD, plus a simple spec sheet for the fabricator.

Acceptance criteria: final files must match the hall’s 10x20-foot guidelines, include clear bleed/cut marks, and be delivered no later than two weeks before the build deadline so my fabricator can proceed without changes.
