3-4 Bedroom Apartment Floor Plan

I need a clear, well-scaled floor plan for a residential apartment with three to four bedrooms. The drawing should show accurate room dimensions, wall thicknesses, window and door placements, and a logical flow between shared areas such as the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and any balconies or storage niches.

AutoCAD, Revit, or another industry-standard CAD tool is fine as long as the final file is fully editable. A clean PDF version is also required for quick sharing with my contractor and interior designer.

Deliverables (all in metric scale):
• Editable CAD file (.dwg or .rvt)
• Print-ready PDF at A3 size
• Simple furniture layout indicating likely bed, sofa, and dining positions
