Beachfront Pavilion Coffee Shop – Interior & Exterior Design
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
Project: Beachfront Pavilion Coffee Shop – Interior & Exterior Design
Project Overview
I’m opening a standalone pavilion coffee shop directly on the beach, with:
• 212 m² indoor space
• Around 1,100 m² outdoor area
The goal is a relaxed, tropical, beachfront vibe—natural, slightly weathered, and well suited to a coastal environment. The space should feel warm and inviting, not over-designed or artificial.
The interior layout is already set, so this project focuses on design, finishes, furniture, lighting, and overall ambiance, not re-planning the space.
Design Scope
Interior
• Finishes and materials suitable for salt air
• Lighting concept (decorative + functional)
• Feature elements and furniture selection
• Furniture layout based on the existing plan
Exterior
• Outdoor seating zones and shaded areas
• Simple pergolas / deck concepts
• Planters and soft landscaping
• Design choices that handle wind, sun, and durability
Deliverables
• Mood board and material palette
• 2D furniture layout (interior & exterior)
• 3D renders and a simple walkthrough
• Basic technical drawings suitable for contractor use
(lighting, power, HVAC coordination, and key details)
• Electrical load estimates
• Editable source files (SketchUp / Revit / similar)
• Print-ready PDFs
Existing site conditions should be considered to avoid clashes.
