Basic Prefab Building SketchUp Model

I need a clean SketchUp massing model that represents a single prefabricated building as one solid block with all exterior dimensions clearly shown. The goal is quick visualization, so keep the geometry simple—straight edges, no textures, and no interior detailing. Accuracy of the overall footprint, height, roof pitch (if any), and door / window openings is essential; everything else can remain as plain surfaces.

Deliverables:
• Native .skp file with dimension strings visible in model space
• Two exported PNG or JPG perspectives (front-side and aerial) for easy reference

The file should open in the current public release of SketchUp without requiring extensions or plugins.
