Bangalore based architects/designers only, ready for face to face meeting for a relatively small project

Job ID: 39792670

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m re-imagining part of an existing building in Bangalore for a mixed-use retail concept and I need a compelling 3D exterior that feels both modern and sleek. The design must read as current-generation retail/F&B: generous display windows that pull people in, distinctive architectural accents that set the space apart, and integrated signage that feels part of the skin rather than an after-thought.

You will be working with photographs, rough measurements and any original drawings I can obtain from the landlord. Your task is to translate that information into a realistic, presentation-ready 3D model—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or an equivalent platform is fine—showing how the new facade meshes seamlessly with the existing structure. I’m open on materials; glass-and-steel, brick-and-wood, concrete-and-metal… whatever best delivers the aesthetic while respecting local codes and constructability.

Deliverables
• A fully textured 3D model (native file + universal export such as .fbx/.skp)
• 3–5 high-resolution still renders from agreed viewpoints
• One short walkthrough or orbit animation (20–30 sec) for stakeholder review
• Source files for any signage graphics used in the concept

I’m based in Bangalore, so working with someone familiar with local building norms and the city’s vibe will be a plus. If this sounds like a project you’d enjoy, let’s discuss timeline and any information you need to get started.
