Balisong Trainer STEP Re-design

I will give you the current STEP assembly of my three-piece balisong trainer—blade, handles, and a small spacer. I need the file rebuilt as a clean, fully-parametric project in your CAD platform (Fusion 360 preferred) so that future edits remain straightforward.

Scope of the re-design
• Adjust several dimensions on all three components to meet new weight and balance targets.
• Add and remove a few milled pockets, slot openings, and through-holes while keeping the knife symmetrical.
• Rework existing chamfers and fillets so edge breaks stay consistent with my grip comfort standards.

I have a PDF package that lists every critical dimension, tolerance band, and surface finish requirement; you will receive it together with the original STEP. Please replicate those specs precisely in the updated model and note any manufacturability concerns you spot.

Deliverables
1. Native, fully-featured CAD files for each part and the complete assembly.
2. Updated neutral formats (STEP and IGES).
3. Short revision log highlighting what changed and where.

Acceptance criteria: the new geometry must open with no errors, all dimensions must fall inside the provided tolerance table, mass properties must match the target ±1 g, and mates must allow free rotation around the pivot.
