BIM As-Built Infrastructure Models
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I have a set of completed infrastructure projects—principally roads and bridges—and now need them captured in a precise, information-rich 3D environment. The goal is a full as-built Building Information Model that reflects every element exactly as it was constructed, ready for future maintenance, asset management, and any retrofit studies.
You will start from the drawings, site survey files, and photo documentation I will supply. Using a BIM platform such as Revit, Civil 3D, or an equivalent tool chain, please recreate each structure at an as-built level of detail, embedding accurate dimensions, materials, and component metadata. Coordination with my team will be required to clarify field changes and verify record drawings.
Deliverables
• Native BIM model files (Revit/Civil 3D) representing all roadway and bridge elements at LOD-500 accuracy
• IFC export and Navisworks (.nwc) for interdisciplinary coordination
• A brief modelling report outlining key assumptions, referenced data, and any information gaps discovered
Acceptance Criteria
• Dimensional variance does not exceed the tolerances stated in the survey data
• All modeled objects carry correct type, material, and element parameters as listed in the record specs
• Model passes a clash-test session in Navisworks without hard conflicts
If you have solid experience producing infrastructure as-built BIM models and can work efficiently with the provided data, I would like to review your approach and timeline.
