3BHK Modern 3D Interior Design

I have a full set of reference images and measurements for a three-bedroom apartment and need photorealistic 3D interior design that follows a clean Modern style in warm, earthy shades. The scope covers the living room, all three bedrooms, and the kitchen.

Timing is tight: I must see the first round of living-room renders within two days of project start. After that, deliver one fully detailed bedroom per day, with the kitchen and any outstanding spaces wrapped up so the entire 3BHK package—including one round of revisions—is complete inside one week.

What I expect from you
• High-quality still renders (4K) for every room.
• Native scene files from your preferred software—3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar—so I can make minor tweaks later if needed.
• A short walkthrough animation or 360 view for the living room would be a plus but is not mandatory.

Acceptance criteria
• Designs stay true to the Modern aesthetic and the provided earthy palette.
• Lighting, materials, and furniture choices must match the reference pack I supply.
• Final delivery meets the agreed seven-day schedule; one revision round is included in that timeframe.
