3D Avatar Creation with Tracking

I need a 3D avatar designed for social media and streaming, complete with face and body tracking capabilities. The goal is to create a battle droid model, ideally with a voice changer, that I can use when I stream. I’ve included a reference video where another streamer uses something similar. The project is urgent and needs to be completed as soon as possible.
