Automated Orange Juice Kiosk Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a seasoned mechanical team to take an automated, self-service orange-juice kiosk from concept to manufacturing-ready CAD. The core of the machine is a fully automated orange-cutting and juice-extraction mechanism—no manual start buttons, the process begins and completes on its own once a customer pays. Equally critical, and likely the toughest part of the job, is the automatic cup-dispensing, filling, and top-sealing system; you should have proven designs or demonstrable know-how in that exact area before replying.
The kiosk must also:
• hold and chill whole oranges in a compact refrigerated bay,
• carry a hygienic waste-collection path that keeps pulp, peel, and rinse water isolated,
• expose the cutting and squeezing action behind a transparent safety screen so customers can watch, and
• integrate cleanly into a steel or composite enclosure that carries a front-mounted 27-inch touchscreen for ordering and payment.
I will expect the complete mechanical package in SolidWorks (preferred) or AutoCAD: 3-D assemblies, exploded views, draft angle checks for injection-moldable parts, shop-ready fabrication drawings, and a structured BOM linked to standard food-grade components. Designs must meet common NSF/CE food-contact guidelines and allow simple hose-down cleaning without hidden crevices.
Acceptance criteria
1. Cup system dispenses, fills 300 ml and 500 ml sizes, seals within 4 s, and clears misfeeds automatically in simulation.
2. Extraction unit yields ≥ 60 % juice by weight from 55 mm–80 mm diameter oranges without visible pith in the final drink.
3. All moving parts reachable for maintenance from the front or side panels in under 10 min with basic tools.
