AutoCAD Robot Design Analysis
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a complete robot concept drafted in AutoCAD (DWG format) and now need a thorough technical analysis before we move on to prototyping. You will work directly with the native CAD files, run the necessary simulations, and return clear-cut findings that tell me whether the design is sound and how it can be improved.
Scope
• Import and clean the existing .dwg model.
• Run structural and kinematic simulations—Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis or a comparable package is fine as long as the results are exportable.
• Identify problem areas: potential stress points, collisions, over-travel, or other inefficiencies.
• Summarize findings with annotated screenshots, a concise written report, and any simulation files so I can reproduce your work.
Deliverables
1. Updated DWG (or compatible) file with callouts and notes.
2. PDF/Word report (2-4 pages) detailing assumptions, methodology, results, and recommendations.
3. Simulation output files or viewer links for verification.
I will share the CAD model and any additional dimensions once we start. If you have questions about the design intent, feel free to flag them early so we keep iterations minimal.
