Author Website & Book Mockups

I'm looking for a creative designer to create stunning 3D book mockups and fully design my Shopify author website using the Feather theme.

Project Overview:
I’m an author launching my brand-new romance/fantasy book series and need a talented creative professional to help me bring it all to life visually and functionally.

This project includes:

High-quality, branded book mockups for my debut novel.

A fully customized Shopify author website using the Feather theme—designed to showcase my books, collect emails, and support direct sales.

Scope of Work

1. Book Mockups
Create at least 5 high-resolution mockups of my book using my existing cover (provided)


Formats should include:

3D paperback on neutral and themed backgrounds (cosmic, romance, desk, reading nook)

Digital version on iPad/Kindle/iPhone

Lifestyle mockup (book in hands or beside cozy elements)

Must match brand aesthetics (ethereal, luxurious, romantic, fantasy)

Delivered in both web-friendly and print resolution

2. Shopify Author Website Setup (Feather Theme)
Use Shopify’s Feather theme (already selected); Domain already connected

Customize homepage sections:

Hero banner with call-to-action updated (If needed)

Book feature section with cover, blurb, and buy buttons including amazon links

About the Author section with bio and no headshot

Email opt-in (reader magnet ready, optional integration with ConvertKit or Shopify Email)

Shop area with product pages (digital and signed paperback formats)

Optional blog and fan art/video gallery page setup

Customize color palette, fonts, and mobile responsiveness update (If needed)

Upload assets (covers, bio, logo, banners, etc.)

Assist with page structure, navigation, footer, and linking social platforms

Deliverables
Minimum 5 unique mockups (PNG + layered source if possible)

Fully designed Shopify storefront ready for launch

All product pages, site pages, and menus configured

Mobile-optimized layout

Branded email pop-up or signup section

Requirements
Proven experience with Shopify + Feather or similar premium themes

Portfolio of book mockups or romance/fantasy brands preferred

Strong design sensibility (especially for romantic/fantasy themes)

Ability to work with existing visual assets

Strong communication and ability to hit deadlines

Budget & Timeline
Budget: Open to fixed price or hourly proposals (please include your rate)

Timeline: Would like launch-ready deliverables within 7–10 days
