3D Artist for Detailed Modern Renders

I'm in search of a talented 3D artist to create both interior and exterior architectural renders. The project requires a modern style, with a focus on high detail, incorporating textures and lighting to bring the visuals to life.

Refer to the attached image. It is of 50x17 feet sitout. a new similar render is to be created and imposed on another on ground image which will be shared later.
