Architectural STL Model Creation -- 2

I need an STL file for the Madrid F1 circuit in exactly the same style as the link below as it's to go with the set to make it a 2026 version.

Key requirements:
- STL / 3MF Format
- Exactly the same design / size / colours / features / font as existing models
- Accurate to Madrid F1 Circuit
- Only Madrid Track required

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Experience in creating STL files for 3D printing
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deliver high-quality, printable designs

Side Note:
The original designer has not responded to any request for the updated track for 2026, hence looking for a new designers.
