Architect + Structural & MEP Engineers — Premium Restaurant Project (Immediate Start)

* Summary
We are developing a 3-story restaurant in Bali, with a total built area of approximately 1,100–1,200 m². A preliminary design (anteproyecto) is already underway and we have a clear vision of what we want. We are hiring in two phases and are looking for professionals who can start immediately.
* Phase 1 — Architect / Designer (immediate priority)
First, we need an architect/designer to continue and complete the anteproyecto already started — developing the existing preliminary design into a solid, well-resolved base: site implantation and levels, plans, sections, elevations, facade and overall architectural design, 3D model and presentation imagery. The goal is a preliminary design defined enough to hand straight to the structural and MEP teams without rework or ambiguity.
* Phase 2 — Construction documentation (immediately after)
Once the design base is set, we move to full construction documentation:
- Structural engineer — structural design, calculations, and drawings
- MEP engineer — mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC design
We are open to either an integrated team covering all three disciplines, or individual specialists who can collaborate as a coordinated team.
Requirements:
- Immediate availability
- Experience with hospitality / F&B projects (restaurants preferred)
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and PBG / SLF permitting is a plus
- Comfortable working with international clients remotely
- Deliverables in English
