Apartment 3D Walkthrough Video Needed

I already have a complete 2-D floor plan for my apartment project and now need it brought to life as a smooth, realistic 3-D walkthrough video.

Scope
• Model the full apartment from the supplied 2-D drawings.
• Apply a modern false-ceiling design throughout the living areas.
• Build a glossy-finish modular kitchen layout, including cabinets and basic appliances for context.
• Add a built-in closet in each bedroom—doors, internal shelving, and hanging space should be evident during the walkthrough.
• Light the scene naturally so every feature is clear, then render a cinematic path that showcases living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Deliverables
1. Final walkthrough video (Full-HD, MP4 or similar, 60–120 seconds).
2. Still renders of key rooms (optional but appreciated).
3. Source 3-D file(s) so I can request minor tweaks later if needed.

I’ll provide the 2-D plan and any measurements the moment we start. If you work in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar, let me know; I’m flexible on the tool as long as the result is clean and professional.
