3D Animation Image into Timelapse

I'm looking for a skilled 3D animator to transform a still image into a 3D animation. The project will also include a timelapse of a building being constructed with two cranes beside it. The final output should be clean, crisp, and not exceed 15 seconds.

Requirements:
- Highly detailed with complex textures and lighting
- Cartoonish style
-This video needs to be put on LinkedIn, Horizontal: 1920 x 1080 pixels is a good default for widescreen videos

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D animation software
- Experience in creating high-quality timelapse animations
- Strong eye for detail and understanding of cartoonish styles
